This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer



How do I cancel my order?
It is important to us that you are delighted with your order. In the unlikely event of you wishing to cancel your order you may do so without reason at any time from the day you placed the order, up to 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods. We will refund all monies paid (including postage and packing charges) within 30 days of cancellation. If the goods are not faulty or have not been wrongly delivered by us then they must be returned at your cost. Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging along with any accessories. If you are not able to return the goods, Kings & Barnhams can arrange to collect them and deduct the costs from your refund.

 

What should I do if my goods arrive damaged?

Please examine the packaging before you sign to confirm receipt of the goods from our delivery agents.  If the packaging is incomplete or damaged in any way please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Please take care when unpacking to prevent any damage to the goods.  Please inspect the goods carefully and contact us within 7 working days of delivery if there are any damaged or missing items.

 

What happens if my goods develop a fault?

Within 28 days of receipt:
If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of receipt please contact us to arrange return and inspection.
Providing the fault has not been caused by neglect, accident or misuse and the item is still in “as new” condition we will generally exchange it or arrange a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

After 28 days and within the guarantee period:
If your goods develop a fault after 28 days and within the manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange to repair or replace the product free of charge.

 


How long does it take to get a refund?
It is our policy to ensure that refunds are made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
