Royal Mail.
Larger appliances are generally delivered by the manufacturer direct.
Delivery is available Monday to Friday
Each item will be labelled with its own delivery charge.

How can I get my new purchase installed
and set up?
(Norfolk Area
Only)
We provide a
product installation service throughout Norfolk
using our own vehicles. This low cost option can be selected when in the "shopping basket" whilst making your
purchase online.
Installation includes unpacking the product, setting it up and demonstrating
how to use it. It also includes removing and recycling any packaging.
If required, for a small cost, we can also remove your old product for
environmental disposal. Accessories,
leads etc can also be purchased separately from our driver.
Are you able to install in other areas
of the country?
We are currently
unable to offer a nationwide installation service. We can however provide help and advice
over the telephone (01263) 712302
How long do I have to wait for my goods
to arrive?
Providing
the goods are in stock we aim to deliver within 7 days of your order. If this is not possible we will contact
you by email.
When do you debit my Card to pay for my new
purchase?
Unlike most
online companies we won’t debit your Card until the day your goods are
dispatched. Unless it is a direct delivery from the manufacturer then we will debit your card as soon as we have confirmed the item is in stock. This means that you can
hang onto your money longer!
Can you deliver my goods to a different address?
To prevent
fraudulent transactions we are currently only able to deliver to the
Cardholders address.
